Refund policy
All sales are final once an order is placed.
Dashareport is a personalized digital product. Because report preparation begins from the submitted order details, refunds are not offered.
Dashareport does not provide refunds for completed purchases, in-progress orders, delayed delivery, dissatisfaction with the interpretation, incorrect user-entered birth details, duplicate purchases, or changes of mind.
If a technical issue prevents access to the report, support may assist with delivery or access restoration, but that support does not create a refund right.
By proceeding to payment, the customer acknowledges that this is a non-refundable digital purchase and agrees to the no-refund policy in full.
